I hope you voted today.

Positive leaders know voting for a President is important but they’re also aware their vote is just the start of a journey between now and the next election. For meaningful change to take place in a country or company, leaders and teams have to work together to put good ideas into action, regardless of who gets elected.

So, if the person you voted for loses, I suggest you take a few minutes tomorrow and reflect on the words of The Serenity Prayer and then start doing what you can to make your world a better place by 2020.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.
