As you enter the final quarter of 2015, take some time today to reflect on all you’ve accomplished during the first nine months of the year. Identify what went well for you. Savor the results you achieved and the relationships you developed. It’s also important to create a plan for how you want to close out the year. All games are won or lost in the fourth quarter. Winners work harder and smarter as they get closer to the finish line.
The beginning of October is not the time to ruminate about all the mistakes made or opportunities missed. Use this week to prepare a plan to help you win at work without losing at home during the fourth quarter.
